By accessing this website or buying our products, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Each garment is part of a numbered edition of 108. Photos are indicative — minor variations are natural in handcraft and add to the piece's character.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. If we cancel a paid order, we refund within 7 working days.

We accept payments via Shopify Payments, Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available). All transactions are secured.

Free shipping pan-India on orders above ₹2,499. Standard delivery: 5–7 working days. International shipping: 10–21 days, calculated at checkout. Customs duties (if any) are the buyer's responsibility.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact
• Hand-painted / made-to-order pieces are non-returnable (clearly marked)
• Return shipping costs are deducted unless the item is faulty

All content (designs, motifs, photographs, text) on this site is the property of KARM 108 or our artisan partners. Indian folk art motifs (Pattachitra, Madhubani, Warli, Kalamkari, Phad, Gond) are credited to their hereditary artist collectives. You may not reproduce, copy, or commercially use any content without written permission.

We credit every artisan by name and pay fair wages. We forbid reproduction of our artisans' designs by any third party.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
