When the world dissolves, one fish keeps swimming. In the old telling it’s Matsya who carries the seed of everything across the flood — the thread that turns an ending into a beginning.
Fish moving through water, lotus opening on the surface: life that refuses to stop returning. Embroidered onto fluid crepe and cut as a corset - because the close of one cycle is the exact shape of the next.
It ends where it starts. And starts again. ⟳
